必要な条件/経験**:

**この求人について**:
ビジネス ストラテジー＆オペレーション チームは、分析に基づいてビジネスにとって重要な知見を提供し、複数のチームの目標と取り組みにズレが生じないよう調整を図っています。さらに戦略的パートナーシップや新たな取り組みを推進できるように各チームを支援しています。社内の優先事項と日々の業務が整合するよう調整するとともに、初期段階のアイデアが今後の成長につながる取り組みに発展するようサポートすることも、このチームの重要な役割のひとつです。

ストラテジー＆オペレーション アナリストは、勤務地域のリーダーシップ チームと協力してビジネス チャンスの分析と見極めを行い、実現に向けて計画を立てることを通じて、ビジネスの成長と改善を促すポジションです。また、第一広告営業本部（LCS）、セントラル ストラテジー チーム、複数の市場参入チームと協力して、地域のビジネス上の重要な優先事項を実行し、Google のセールス部門を支援していただきます。幅広い市場開拓テーマに取り組み、さまざまな側面からビジネスに関わってください。市場開拓チームが重要な戦略的決定を下し、ビジネス目標を達成できるようサポートすることも求められます。

市場参入（GtM）チームは、Google の複雑かつ進化し続ける広告ビジネスを運営するチームで、市場参入戦略の策定とその遂行において中核的な役割を担っています。主な広告ビジネスに特化したチームと、さまざまな広告ビジネスを横断的に扱うグローバル チームが存在し、各チームのメンバーは、分析的かつ戦略的な視点と、どうすれば目標を達成できるかという現実的な視点を持って業務に取り組んでいます。

**業務内容**:

- プロセス、ガバナンス体制、パフォーマンス管理システムの改善に向けた複数のプロジェクトを支援する
- 意思決定、傾向の把握、プロジェクト進行中の課題を解決するためのソリューションの提供を、データの分析を通じて支援する
- プロジェクトに関する最新情報、発見、推奨事項を伝えるレポートやプレゼンテーションの作成をサポートし、役員レベルの相手を対象にプレゼンテーションを行う
- 共通の目標の達成に向けてチームメンバーや関係者と関係を築き、協力する
- プロダクト戦略の立案に関するプロジェクト関連業務を一部担当する。プロダクトに関する意思決定に役立つ市場調査、分析、顧客セグメンテーションを手伝う
