Bartender/server

Greet customers and take orders in a timely manner
- Drive sales and increase the sale at all opportunities over the bar
- Supply, dispense and mix liquor, ensuring compliance with RSA laws and company policy.
- Make drinks in accordance to TDG policies and procedures
- Assist in the cellar management and organization if required
- Getting feedback from customer and reporting to Team Leader on Duty.
- Maintain the safety and cleanliness of allocated section (glassware, cocktail equipment and cellar)
- Offering a high standard of customer service to match the high standard of our product and reputation.
- Receive payment from customers and handle cash in a professional manner
- Handle or direct complaints according to guidelines and in a way that leaves customers satisfied and impressed.
- Ensure the safety of other staff and patrons during service and after leaving.
- Must be available nights, weekends and public holidays.
- Must have RSA.
- Must have correct visa to work in Australia.

**Salary**: $28.46 - $34.16 per hour
