Neighbourhood bar and restaurant in Surry Hills serving only Australian ingredients, we push the boundaries and show how amazing what we have right on our door-step really is.Our focus is on creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. We have a small, passionate team that works hard (but not too hard) - we want our staff to have the time to engage with customers and share their knowledge.

THE ROLE
- we are looking for someone who is not afraid to shake some cocktails, pour some wines and also serve customers dining at the bar. If you are looking to expand your skills between bar and floor then this would be the perfect place for you - we are happy to provide cross training where necessary (extra points if you already have all these skills)
- You will need to have working rights in Australia and your RSA

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 38 per week
