We have an opportunity for a

**In-House Fit Model**
**/**
**Administration Assistant **to join our
**Women’s Buying Team **. Based in our Brisbane Head Office you will help to ensure we have a more accurate, true to size fit for our garments while supporting with a range of general administration tasks.

**Measurement Requirements (THIS IS A MUST)**:
Please add these measurements to your resume or cover letter. Measurement accuracy is really important for this role and must be within 2cm either side of the measurements below.
- Height must be approximately 168cm
- Bust must measure 91cm and be the equivalent of a full B or C cup
- Waist must be between 70 - 71cm (measured at the narrowest part of the waist)
- Hips must be approximately 100cm (measured at the largest part of the hip)
- An average usual size of 10 in women’s fashion

**Duties include but not limited to**:

- Undertaking fit confirmations to assist with the assessment of quality and size consistency
- Assisting with sample presentations for the Women’s Buying Team and Company Director
- Assist in the maintenance of the fabric and trim library
- Measure garments
- Responsible for tracking and processing the flow of samples, both inbound and outbound
- Provide general administrative support to the Women’s Buying and Production Team, including but not limited to; data entry, profiling and preparing for range showings, mail collection

**What we are looking for**:

- **General administration experience is a must**:

- **Measurements must meet or almost meet the above requirements**:

- A keen interest in fashion, shopping and youth culture
- A good understanding of Social Media platforms and current trends with an insight into relevant influencers to our customer and market
- Adaptable communication skills with the ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders including Company Directors
- Confident to model in presentations, including swimwear and some intimate apparel along with all other standard clothing categories
- Outgoing personality, able to work with a variety of different departments and personalities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated experience multitasking and managing competing priorities
- Excel experience highly preferred
