The Role

Reporting to the National VM Manager and working closely with our Politix store teams, a fantastic role to support the WA state with Visual Merchandising as Politix continues to evolve This is a field VM position responsible for assisting in the execution of Visual Merchandise in line with brand standards and creative direction, working closely with the Area, Regional and Retail operations team.

Key Responsibilities
- Have an understanding of VM principal and responsibilities and be able to take on direction
- Execute the direction from the VM team in head office, and work closely with store managers to ensure it is executed across all stores/ concession pads in WA
- Working with the Area Managers, store managers & teams during times of high workload such as key campaign installation, monthly stock drops and big moments
- Communicate direction to Area Managers, store managers & teams and give feedback on each visit
- Strong styling of mannequins in windows and focal areas in line with VM direction at all times
- Demonstrate ability to work effectively both within a team and autonomously as required
- Passion for Visual Merchandising and an understanding of what the role entails
- Previous experience within a comparable VM role both In-store and apparel based divisions
- Strong attention to detail, communication and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Ability to build relationships easily with stakeholders across the business
- Experience in the retail industry, with an acute sense of personal style and presentation
- Hold a current drivers licence and be able to travel between stores as required
- Availability across Monday - Friday
