**Your role**:
As a 2IC and Visual Merchandiser in the Carousel store, you will be responsible for executing in-store VM guidelines and decorative features of the store, presenting the product in an inviting and exciting way in order to maximise customer satisfaction and sales. You will need to be a natural leader and assist with coaching your team and completing store operations. If you have a passion for trends and creativity will see you succeed in this role.

**What you will need**:

- Team leadership experience
- Retail Visual Merchandising experience
- High attention to detail
- Execute according to guidelines
- Experience with floor moves
- Decorative understanding - building window set ups and mannequin placements
- International trend and fashion knowledge
- Implementing seasonal updates and weekly product changes
- Communicating and delivering feedback to national VM & operations teams
- KPI experience
