We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Finance Officer - Accounts Payable to join our team in Milton.

**About the role**:
To be successful in this role, you will:

- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, using your strong customer focus.
- Ensure invoices are correctly recorded, processed, and paid in line with supplier terms.
- Accurately reconcile internal expense claims, credit and debit cards.
- Provide accounts payable support across the organisation.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounts payable processes and systems.
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial close processes.
- Prepare and distribute reports as required.
- Adhere to financial policies and procedures.

**About you**:
Ideally, you will have:

- Previous experience in accounts payable.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software.
- Sound knowledge of accounts payable processes and best practises.
- The ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- A proactive approach and the ability to prioritise workload.
