**About the Company**

Our client is revolutionising homecare by connecting people with the best care and health solutions in their community. They are on the search for two immediately available Finance Officer to support their Finance Team for a period of 3 months.

**About the Role**

Joining a welcoming finance team and reporting to the Finance Manager, this role will focus on maintaining strong relationships with Third Party Suppliers and working alongside the Purchase Officers to match all invoices to the corresponding purchase orders. This role is critical in providing members a great experience.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Match all invoices to the corresponding order and purchase order
- Resolve any disputes regarding goods or service delivery discrepancies with supplier
- Ensure correct and complete setup of new suppliers
- Verification and entry of bank details into Xero
- Work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to process and track orders on our internal system
- Processing Member Reimbursement requests
- Assist in the setup of new Members in the system including the claiming of new Packages in government portals
- Provide backup support to the Finance Team as required.

**About You**

To be successful, you will have 2+ years prior experience in an AP or similar Finance Officer role. You will be skilled in Excel, and any prior experience with Xero will advantageous.
