**Duties include but are not limited to**:
As Farm Manager, you will be accountable for the following outcomes:
- Constant drive for quality and excellence
- Ensuring execution of the farming plan, in alignment with business objectives, including production and yield management and record keeping
- Driving improvement in farm operations, ensuring the effective use of resources, manage and install infrastructure as required including equipment purchase, maintenance and operation
- Ensuring best use of resources for profitable and sustainable future
- Managing and training employees to ensure best practice workplace health and safety standards
- Managing farm operations in line with business ethos of sustainability and environmentally friendly practice
- Owning and managing the delegated budget expectations
- Leading, coaching and developing the team to drive personal growth and successful operational outcomes
- Train / monitor operators where required to ensure tasks are done as per standard procedures
- Prepare working programmes daily / weekly / monthly to facilitate implementation of respective tasks
**Abilities and Skills**:
- Demonstrated ability to lead and direct peers and work as a valuable team member
- Considerable experience, fundamental knowledge and skills in farm operation
- Possess the ability to think outside of the box; be able to engage members and have strong initiative and ability to prioritise tasks.
- Display a can-do attitude, and have a genuine passion, energy and enthusiasm for business growth and excellence across the farm
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Bachelors **Degree in Agriculture **(or equivalent)
- At least 3 years experience as a Farm Manager
- At least 7 years experience in the farming industry
- Driver’s License
- Quadbike and motorbike skills
- Passionate about relocating to Australia
- Aged between **25 - 40 years**:
- **English Proficiency at expert level**
**Experience (non-negotiable)**:
- CROPS: Wheat, Barley, Canola
- LIVESTOCK: Cattle, Sheep
