Experienced Head Cleaner

**Hiring: Cleaner to Lead Our growing team**

We’re looking for a new head cleaner to lead our team. We specialise in high end, meticulous cleans.

**About the Role**:

- **Locations**: Properties in Old Dunsborough, Dunsborough, Eagle Bay, Peppi Grove, Busselton, Margaret River and Yallingup.

Looking for someone longterm.

**What you need**:

- Excellent communication skills.
- Be on call 24/7 to help with guest issues.
- Attention to minute details — no shortcuts allowed; anything less than perfect is unacceptable
- Frequent travel across multiple properties with your own reliable car (mileage reimbursement is limited)
- Trustworthiness and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to handle last-minute changes and guest demands at any hour

**Roll will include**:

- Rostering
- Long, unpredictable hours including weekends, public holidays, and sometimes late nights or early mornings
- Training
- Maintaining Indah Stays standard
- Point of contact for cleaning team
