1. Lead a growing team and inspire a culture of faith, excellence, and care
2. Oversee teaching and learning, student wellbeing, and pastoral practices
3. Mentor and build capacity in staff through coaching and collaboration
4. Shape curriculum pathways that prepare students for life and further learning
5. Balance a teaching load with administrative leadership responsibilities
