**Qualifications & experience**
- A tertiary qualification in marketing or business or similar.
- A proven track record as either a successful Marketing Manager or Brand Manager striving for an exciting new challenge.
- Background in FMCG or Food Production will be highly valued.
- Exceptional communication and project management skills are an absolute necessity.

**Tasks & responsibilities**

The role will be responsible for developing and delivering marketing activities and campaigns across a range of platforms and channels.

It's a strategic and hands-on role where you will manage all areas of the portfolio’s lifecycle from the inception of new products/brands, to the launch of campaigns including all advertising and post-campaign analysis.

Working collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders.

Set, manage, and execute the overall marketing plan across Australia.

Establish & grow the brand through digital, social, traditional marketing campaigns, sampling, and in-store activations.

Manage and implement all promotional activities for the brand including trade and consumer shows, sampling, and other experiential marketing initiatives.

Oversee the partnerships with external design, digital and creative agencies.

Partner closely with senior leaders to assist with range decisions as well as the general business direction and strategy.

**We offer**
- $80 - $89K + super.
- Flexibility; opportunity to structure your own hours and weekly work-flow
- Can work from home once established in the role and then come in as needed for relevant meetings (at least weekly)
- Work as part of the executive team (made up of the Managing Director, Sales, Marketing, and Operations Managers)

**Who we are**

A for-purpose business, that uses the profit from our commercial activities to support & deliver development projects; primarily to village-based communities in developing countries, with a focus on the Solomon Islands & the Pacific. We are the group that first introduced organic virgin coconut oil, and many other coconut products, to Australia. Our company is vertically integrated; manufacturing & distributing our DME equipment then importing and packing coconut oil, as well as other coconut-related products. Our health food brand, _**Niulife**_, is our retail focus and part of the value chain that connects our remote Pacific Island communities to discerning Australian consumers.
