The Passenger Rollingstock and Signalling Branch is delivering and managing rollingstock and signalling projects that are innovative, integrated and accessible to meet the growing demand for rail services in South East Queensland. Support all aspects of the documentation and communication management activities ensuring documents and information are securely stored, tracked, and responded to by the relevant stakeholder within the contractual requirements. Provide project management and contract support for the projects by coordinating the review and approval process for project documentation ensuring quality checks are undertaken on all documentation before issuing. Ensure documents are stored and databases are maintained in compliance with the TMR and Queensland State Record Keeping Policies. Assist in the preparation of complex correspondence, reports, briefing notes, submissions and other correspondence in accordance with department standards. - Administration activities including managing project data rooms, external data systems secretariate, database maintenance, document management processes and systems as well as providing wider project support.
