**About the Role**

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, we are seeking an experienced fixed plant Maintenance Superintendent

to provide leadership and support to the mechanical maintenance team.

**Responsibilities include**:

- leading the fixed plant team in the maintenance of mechanical equipment, systems and structures;
- develop and execute planned maintenance activities including shutdowns to ensure maximum efficiency;
- review of current maintenance strategies to improve performance and provide interdepartmental alignment;
- provide guidance and support to reach targeted outcomes and results; and
- ensuring all work is completed in a safe, economic and environmentally responsible manner.
- trade qualified;
- minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role;
- strong leadership skills;
- excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- knowledge and understanding of engineering standards and codes; and
- the ability to drive safety standards in the workplace.
