With 120,000 deliveries weekly and a nationwide temperature-controlled network, we are rapidly expanding and looking for dedicated **Warehouse Team Members** to join our team in Clayton, Victoria.

**About the Role**

As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in our logistics operations, assisting with order picking, packing, forklift operations (if licensed), stock management, and loadout procedures. This role is perfect for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and team players in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

✔ Picking customer orders accurately, including fresh produce and tobacco
✔ Operating forklifts to pick, stage, and wrap orders (if licensed)
✔ Loading and unloading trucks, receiving and replenishing stock
✔ Wrapping, staging, and labelling orders for delivery
✔ Ensuring compliance with safety and loadout procedures
✔ Taking temperature compliance photos and submitting reports
✔ Maintaining a clean, organised, and hazard-free warehouse
✔ Assisting in training new staff and supporting team operations (for leadership progression)

✔ Maintaining the efficiency, meeting our KPI and pick rate

✔ Ensuring all tasks are completed for any loadout

**What We’re Looking For**

Physically fit and able to lift up to 15kg
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with a proactive work ethic
Previous warehouse, pick-packing, or forklift experience is an advantage but not essential
Forklift licence (LF) is a plus but **not required**
Leadership potential and willingness to take on additional responsibilities
