**Warehouse Storeperson**

Join the Tibaldi team as a Warehouse Storeperson based in Clayton. Full time, Part time and Casual positions are available.

Over 90 years later not much has changed. Today, Tibaldi are a major supplier to the retail, route and food service industry across Australia. The company’s state of the art facilities in Clayton excel industry standards using leading technology.

The product range spans across traditional Italian salami, ham, bacon, traditional smallgoods, fresh meat including a range of Outdoor Bred pork.

**Your Story**

As a Despatch team member at Tibaldi you will be part of the Warehouse team based in Clayton, Victoria and will be involved in:

- Receiving material, assembling orders and loading trucks for delivery
- Working independently, with limited supervision, in a fast-paced environment
- Clerical functions required to facilitate the dispatch and receipt of goods and/or services
- General warehouse duties on an as-needs basis
- Bringing your hands-on approach to everything you do
- Participating onsite training
- Being an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who thrives within a team environment
- Being a role model for all aspects of safety and wellbeing

As part of our Warehouse team, you will:

- Be required to hold a current valid Counterbalance forklift license
- Hold a minimum of 1 year warehouse or FMCG experience
- Have a great work ethic and attitude towards safety at all times

A current valid High Reach Forklift License is preferred but not essential to be considered for this role.

**Our Ways of Working**

The _Tibaldi Enterprise Agreement 2023 _will cover your employment for this position.

When we work:

- Our hours of operation are between 6am and 6pm and your rostered hours of work will fall between this time

Our hourly rates of pay are:

- Dependent upon an individual’s skills and experience

In line with current market rates for our industry

As part of our Tibaldi team you will be able to:

**COVID-19**

We are an essential industry, during periods of COVID-19 Lockdowns. You may be required to continue working as directed (including remotely) during these periods.

You are required to be full vaccinated to be a successful applicant for this role.

**Pre-Employment Medical**

A pre-employment medical will form part of the recruitment process, including a drug and alcohol screening.
