An exciting opportunity for a talented Associate Product Manager or Sales Professional, with an interest in marketing and a passion for Oncology, has opened in our Oncology team at Takeda Oceania
Reporting to the Therapy Area Lead - Oncology (Haem-Oncology), your role will combine key account management together with marketing responsibilities. This spans brand strategy including development and implementation of tactics, leveraging data to identify opportunities, building relationships, and mobilising influential brand advocates that support the brand positioning and weight of clinical evidence. Importantly, this role will support the digital transformation needed to embrace Omnichannel Customer Engagement (OCE) for priority customer segments, in alignment with Takeda’s OCE governance. This hybrid commercial role is predominantly customer-facing in a sales or market insights capacity
Oncology is an important growth area for Takeda Oceania, with our success centering on maximising our in-line performance, launch excellence and preparing for exciting new molecules and therapies coming through the pipeline in Lung, Haematology-Oncology and I-O/Cellular Therapies.
**Key accountabilities include**:
- Achieving / exceeding budgeted sales targets (including market share targets).
- Effectively implementing key account management and mapping skills to gather insights and strategically develop targeted plans for accounts and individual customers.
- Forming effective partnerships with all commercial stakeholders and Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs) to develop and implement value-add activities (such as peer-to-peer and educational meetings), including sourcing of presenters and briefing of speakers.
- Working with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to facilitate roll-out of Takeda-appropriate promotional activities, including meeting development, agenda design and project management of the meeting.
- Acting as the brand ‘customer conscience’ throughout the planning and delivery cycles.
- Contributing to the ongoing strategic planning process for the therapy area and brand, including mapping relevant customer journeys and providing input into patient journey mapping activities, as well as market research.
- Working with Business Analysts and key cross-functional team members to analyse and interpret relevant market data and other digital market analytics, monitor performance and supply relative to the forecast and promptly advise of deviations to the plan.
- Developing omnichannel materials and tactics, together with tracking plans, to continuously monitor and improve customer utilisation and experience across all Takeda channels.

- Cross-functional involvement across internal and external stakeholders, as well as the ability to work in a matrix environment.
- Excellent communicator with strong written and verbal presentation skills.

- Proactive with ability to work with a high degree of autonomy in order to manage across multiple programs at different stages.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor-level degree in healthcare, business or related field is required; an advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years’ standard-setting performance in Sales, Associate Product Management, or a comparable role.
