**About the role**:
We’re looking for an experienced **Executive Producer** to join** The Marty Sheargold Show** team based in **_Melbourne_**_._

The purpose of the Executive Producer is to develop and execute the Content strategy to produce a ratings winning show in the style and essence as directed by the Content Director.

This role will also lead, mentor and develop other Producers. The role is equal parts creative and operational. The Executive Producer content generated is multi-platform. The Executive Producer will ensure all on-air content meets relevant risk assessment guidelines and on-air codes before distribution.

**Experience we’re looking for**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage on-air talent to achieve goals of station.
- Self-motivated and able to work with content team and CD
- Ability to work cross-functionally across multiple teams (for example, Brand Experience, Sales,
- Strong understanding of legal compliance issues with regards to content, contests including the assessment of risk around legal and PR outcomes
- Commitment to the Southern Cross Austereo brand and values.
- Emgrace a growth mindset in terms of engagement, monetization and performance.
- Create an environment which encourages innovation and creative solutions.
- Previous Executive or Senior Producer experience
