**About the role**
- The Principal Legislation Advisor provides solution focussed, coherent, and impactful legal advice to enable TAFE SA business units and executive to make risk-based decisions of critical importance to TAFESA, works under broad direction and is accountable to the Director, Corporate Governance & Assurance for the strategic policy, planning, delivery and evaluation of legal matters across a large and complex organisation.
- The Principal Legislation Advisor will lead the delivery of expert legal advice to TAFE SA executive and managers in relation to leases, agreements and contracts with private sector providers and business customers and acts as TAFE SA’s strategic interface with the Crown Solicitors Office.
- The Principal Legislation Advisor will oversee and support a multi-disciplinary team, directing resources to deliver timely and high-quality specialist legal, regulatory, governance and insurance related advice and services to TAFE SA business units.
