We’re on the hunt for a creative and driven Social Media Coordinator to join our team and help us shape the future of Ignite Travel’s social presence. You’ll bring content to life across our digital platforms, tapping into trends, showcasing our brands, and building meaningful connections with our community.

Create engaging content for TikTok and Meta and attend events and host live Q&A’s for LinkedIn, all whilst collaborating with a talented, dynamic team.

**A day in the life**:

- Develop and schedule engaging content across multiple social media platforms to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and build strong relationships with followers.
- Support the marketing team with world-first travel concepts and innovative brand activations.
- Create content that captures attention, aligns with trends, and reflects the brand's tone of voice (TOV).
- Creating assets for new campaigns, key sale moments and brand collaborations.
- Support the marketing team as we introduce world-first concepts’ within in travel industry
- Organise social media influencer campaigns, and brand activations to engage audiences
- Track and analyse social performance to refine strategies and optimise results
- Partner with influencers, creators, and external talent to deliver authentic, high-impact campaigns
- Assist with photoshoots and content production to ensure every piece is on-brand and visually stunning
- Monitor trends, tools, and platform updates to keep Ignite Travel and our brands ahead of the curve

**Who you are**:

- 1-2 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing
- A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
- A natural talent for storytelling paired with strong copywriting skills
- Basic video editing expertise and the ability to create compelling short-form content
- Confidence in front of the camera, whether it’s starring in a TikTok, Reels, or producing engaging video content
- Exceptional organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A passion for travel and a knack for staying ahead of social media trends
- Creativity, confidence, and the drive to make your mark on an industry leader
- Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools
- Proficiency with video and photo tools and digital media format
