**Key Responsibilities**:

- Translate strategic explorations, research, and workshop outcomes into strategic content and communications plans for our clients and briefs for our delivery team. Ensure effective implementation of strategic content and communications plans for each client in your portfolio with objective to drive growth for their business driving MQLs, SALs, SQLs and opportunities
- Deliver breakthrough communications programs and PR campaigns by owning the process of building these plans, making sure creative and content are aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. This includes developing ideas for future communications programs and PR campaigns
- Actively plan and produce communications and PR events as need. These can range from massive product launches and conferences to smaller efforts such as webinars
- Build relationships with the media and promotional partners in order to promote the client and agency message, such as vendors, partners, or other advertising agencies
- Develop and manage the content and communications budgets for your client portfolio
- Track, analyse, and report on the impact of all your activities to identify growth opportunities and drive content and communications innovation. Look for ways to improve efforts and better engage with prospective customers. Evaluate competitors and compile and share industry trends with your clients and team members
- Conduct thorough industry market-based research and analysis to help us better serve our clients. Keeping across emerging trends in the marketing landscape and understanding new methods of marketing to reach our client’s target audiences
- Communicating with existing and new clients in your portfolio to develop and manage the relationship, build their marketing effectiveness, coordinating with departments to create and implement marketing campaigns, and resolving any issues that arise
- Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly and annual reports to management and clients
- Head our copy, content, editorial and Social Media teams, including contractors, delivery partners, and external partners for content syndication
- Lead, inspire and empower your team to role model the Shuttle ways of working and to work end-to-end in a complex, matrix environment
- Oversee the output of delivery from a content and communications viewpoint. This includes reviewing each piece out of studio to ensure that it conveys the right message and tone, hits the objective outlined in the content and communications strategy
- Any additional tasks and project assigned to you by the CEO or management team

**Essential**:

- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a Content Strategist, Communications Manager or equivalent role
- Versatile - able to jump between multiple clients and brand voices
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Metrics-driven mind with eye for creativity
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools will be highly advantageous
- A conceptual thinker - able to clearly articulate creative thoughts
- Well organised - able to manage traffic flow and workload priorities
- Have exceptional time and diary management skills
- An enthusiastic, proactive team player
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, with strong listening and presentation skills
- Positive attitude, prepared to stretch and go the extra mile

**Desirable**:

- Digital Agency experience preferred, or ability to showcase experience across a variety of industries, portfolios or brands
