**About the Role**

As a Youth Worker at Uplifted Care, you will play a crucial role in supporting and guiding children and young people in our care. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing day-to-day care and supervision in a safe and supportive environment.
- Building trusting relationships with children and young people, fostering their confidence and personal growth.
- Implementing tailored care plans and supporting young people in achieving their goals.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
- Encouraging positive community engagement and independence.

**About You**

We’re looking for individuals who are:

- Passionate about working with children and young people.
- Skilled in creating a nurturing, stable, and supportive environment.
- Experienced in working with individuals who have experienced trauma.
- Committed to our values of Understanding, Presence, Passion, Integrity, Empathy, and Safety.
- Hold relevant qualifications (e.g., Certificate IV in Child, Youth, and Family Intervention or equivalent).
- Hold, or be willing to obtain, a Positive Notice Blue Care.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $28.02 - $49.99 per hour

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (Blue Card) (required)
- Driver Licence (required)
- Cert 4 in Child Youth and Family Intervention or similar (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
