Seeking a dedicated ward clerk, to join the 5 North team at the Royal Melbourne Hospital**:

- ** Part time ongoing position working 36 hours per fortnight**:

- ** Join a supportive and collaborative team environment**

**Your new team**:

- 5 North is a 20 bed ward caring for a diverse patient cohort of General Medicine patients. This diverse group of patients requires a multidisciplinary approach working together as cohesive unit to ensure best care for the patients.

**Your new role**:

- Responsible for the clerical, reception and clinical support duties that facilitate the smooth operation of the ward
- Deliver a professional and caring customer focussed service, often as the first point of contact and communication for patients, their families and visitors
- Clerical and receptionist duties of the ward
- Maintain patient records and coordinate the data transmission of patient movements.

**About you**:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Commitment to colleagues and patient/family/visitor satisfaction
- Respectful, kind, punctual and team orientated personality
