Medical Imaging Workforce and Roster Support Officer

**About the Role**:
We're looking for a person who has what it takes to support our team to deliver exceptional services to key stakeholders You will provide dedicated rostering, payroll and workforce management support services to the Logan Medical Imaging Department to achieve the optimal deployment and utilisation of staff resources.
**About You**:

You will contribute to our team with your experience in rostering, payroll and workforce management support services with the ability to:
- use your initiative in supporting employees and line managers in adopting new and changing business processes.
- well-developed oral and written communication skills including the ability to liaise and effectively negotiate with line managers and other team members.
- establish and maintain a close working relationship with line managers to understand the operating environment and requirements.
- work autonomously and within a team-environment, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
