**About the opportunity**:
Hudson Recruitment are currently partnering with a respectable and highly regarded professional services firm based in the CBD. We are seeking an experienced and professional Receptionist to join their team, brining with them the skills, expertise, and demeanour to manage a busy reception desk and give an excellent first impression to clientele.

- **Salary**: Up to $65k + Super (depending on years of experience)
- **Type of employment**: Permanent full-time
**Key responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Warmly, politely and professionally greeting all visitors, ensuring they feel welcomed and looked after.
- Answering internal and external phone calls in the same manner and ensuring their call is directed to the most appropriate person.
- Administering bookings for internal services including rooms, catering and facilities equipment.
- Collection and distribution of mail.
- Administrative tasks such as printing, scanning, filing, photocopying and archiving.
- Taking ownership of the presentation of the reception area and all meeting rooms and boardroom.
- Providing backup administrative support to other roles within the team when required.
- Opening new client files and preparing relevant correspondence.
- Assisting with preparation and coordination of on-site events.
**Skills & Experience**:
Previous experience as a Receptionist is a must, ideally within a corporate environment. In addition, you will:
- Possess a friendly, positive, proactive approach to your work.
- Enjoy working with people and pride yourself in your customer service skills.
- Be corporately presented and have a professional telephone manner.
- Be adaptable to a fast-paced working environment.
- Have highly developed organisational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with others.
