  • Visitor Assistance: Provide information and assistance to visitors, guiding them to their destination within the organization.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments and meetings, maintaining accurate calendars for staff members.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying, ensuring office supplies are maintained and replenished as needed.
