This role leads the recruitment, People Services and People Systems functions from a strategic and tactical operation perspective to ensure value add for all employees at Coates.
- Lead, develop and implement a tiered model of people operations service delivery across the organisation
- Lead the transformation and development of People Operations team to one that is data and analytics driven with a strong focus on continuous improvement
- Assessing and improving HR Shared Systems & Process Development
- Ensure effective, and proactive talent acquisition services to meet organisational needs including international sourcing, visa management, volume hires and strategic sourcing
- Provide the required data, reports, analytics and trend analysis available to deliver the necessary metrics, reports and information required by the business
**What you’ll bring to the role**
This position will be responsible for proactively engaging with a wide variety of stakeholders with differing objectives, perspectives and expectations. Effectively building relationships and partnerships to facilitate change and transformation is a critical component to ensure success in this role. Along with:
- Strong people leadership skills and demonstrated experience with diverse teams
- Ability to balance compliance & strong business process with people development and customer focus
- Experience with development and implementation of a tiered support model
- Knowledge of the backend of systems development and how to optimise to achieve business strategic goals
- Experience with managing competing priorities in an environment of change and evolution and transformation
