This brand has an established market presence in the Queensland communities with a loyal customer following and a diversified product offering. The business has been undergoing significant changes and growth internally and are looking for experienced compliance professionals to join their team. **The Role**
The Privacy Specialist will work closely with the Head of Group Compliance, to support an enterprise-wide uplift on the organisation's privacy framework. Key duties for this role will include, but are not limited to:

- Providing SME support on privacy management policies and procedures
- Regular Privacy Framework reviews and implementing suggested improvements.
- Supporting on privacy compliance reporting and insight to key stakeholders.
- Ensuring adequate documentation and privacy measures are in place.
- Helping to develop and provide training to staff on relevant privacy issues.
- Ad hoc duties as required.

**Your Profile**

***
- Relevant tertiary qualifications (Legal, Risk, Compliance or related).
- 3 - 5 years of experience within a regulatory compliance focused role.
- Experience working on Privacy related policies and regulations is essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management experience
