Our client the ARC, Campbelltown, is eager to appoint experienced and qualified Duty Managers to assist in the smooth running of the centre. This high-profile facility provides state of the art aquatic, fitness, sports, cafe, function and crèche facilities.

**About the Role**

This integral role is a casual position. Key responsibilities include:

- Provide leadership and direction to all casual staff
- Supervision of all Centre programs, facilities, general operations, and special functions
- Take actions as necessary to resolve issues, maintain facility presentation and member / guest satisfaction
- Maintain the professional public image and create a safe, informative and friendly environment
- Provide advice to members & guests and refer specific enquiries to the appropriate person
- Manage plant and equipment to ensure health and safety standards are met and undertake timely testing of the quality of water bodies

**About You**

You will have strong aquatic experience or experience managing multi departments in a similar field, excellent problem solving and communication skills, enjoy routine and being organised, have effective conflict resolution skills, can show initiative and have all the required qualifications to work within this environment.

Qualifications include:

- Pool Operator Certificate
- Pool Lifeguard Certificate
- First Aid Certificate
- CPR
- Covid Vaccination (2 doses)
