Working for a family owned business the role involves the following duties;
- Attending to periodic inspections and preparing the required reports;
- Undertake outgoing and ingoing inspections and prepare the required reports;
- Monitor tenant arrears;
- Prepare and sign lease documents with tenants;
- Attend to maintenance requirements;
- Keep leases up to date;
- Attend Tribunal as required; and
- Liaise with the landlords in relation to the above and keep them informed about their property.

You will be working with a team of seven other property managers / letting clerks and the role involves working one Saturday every fifth week.

You will receive a day off in lieu when you work the Saturday.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Campbelltown, NSW 2560: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Property Management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Current Certificate of Registration (Real Estate) (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
