**About the role at HCF**

We are proud to offer our members access to lower cost, high quality optometry services across our network of Eyecare centres.

Reporting into the Centre Manager, the Eyecare Receptionist is responsible for managing appointments and booking enquiries, handling incoming phone calls and providing exceptional customer service to Members and staff.

This role requires you to be able to work every second Saturday from 9am to 3:30pm which means you will be working an 11-day fortnight.

**Seniority**

**Junior** - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation and ability to learn. Typically 1-2 years of experience is required.

**Responsibilities**
- Office and Team Coordination - Coordinate the smooth and effective day-to-day administrative operations of an office or team
- Organisation and Administration - Manage the smooth operation of projects and cases including filing documents, scheduling appointments, and organizing files and documents

**Strengths**
- Attention to detail - Accurately identifies and rectifies discrepancies or errors that exists in information and deliverables
- Prioritization - Compares and ranks the relative importance &/or urgency of different tasks to identify the best order of actions

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $850,000.00 per year
