**Aged Care Facility Manager | Gold Coast, Queensland**

An Aged Care Facility in Gold Coast, Queensland is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aged Care Facility Manager to join their team. The Facility Manager will be responsible for providing the highest quality care to residents while maintaining a supportive and positive environment for staff.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the facility meets or exceeds all regulatory and compliance requirements
- Manage daily operations of the facility, including staff management, budgeting, and resident care
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and the local community
- Ensure the facility is properly staffed, and that staff are well-trained, motivated, and equipped to provide high-quality care to residents
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, and ensure all data is managed confidentially and securely
- Continuously assess the quality of care and services provided and implement improvement plans as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and ensure the facility remains competitive and relevant in the marketplace

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing an aged care facility
- Proven track record of managing staff and delivering high-quality care to residents
- Comprehensive knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Strong computer and data management skills
