Chandler Macleod are currently recruiting for a pallet controller position based in Osborne Park

**Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to**:

- Managing and monitoring the WA Chep Account using the 2IC pallet control program
- Pallet Reconciliation and monitoring with clients / carriers / on forwarders and pooled hire equipment providers for multiple sites
- Preparing weekly reports to assist in improving the business
- Keeping account of current stock and whereabouts to reduce pallet hire costs and eliminate any potential losses
- Provide guidance and support to the operation team to ensure compliance is maintained

**What you will need to bring to the team**:

- Previous experience in the transport/logistics industry in a relativity large and busy organisation
- Pallet Controller/Administrator experience in a busy organisation
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Great knowledge and confidence in using pallet control software and good knowledge of pallet pooling partners
- Adaptability and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Great attention to detail and time management skills
- "On the job" working experience with MS Office software.
