**About the Role**:
CarPlace Brisbane are looking for a highly motivated Parts Interpreter to join our dynamic team

This isn’t just a parts job - it’s a role for someone who wants to build relationships, solve problems, and keep the engine of the dealership running smoothly.

You'll handle customer enquiries, provide advice, manage stock, process orders, and work closely with both internal teams and external customers to make sure everything clicks into place.

**To thrive in this role, you should have**:

- Top-notch communication and people skills
- A customer-first attitude and passion for problem solving
- Great attention to detail and a methodical mindset
- Confidence using catalogues, systems, and computer databases
- A collaborative spirit - you’re the glue that keeps things together
- Willingness to jump in and help across different tasks
- A current full driver’s licence
- Experience in a similar role is great, but not essential - we’ll help you grow

**What does being a Parts Interpreter entail?**
- Building trust and loyalty through awesome customer service
- Advising on parts, alternatives, pricing, and delivery times
- Using catalogues and databases to track down the right parts
- Preparing invoices and processing payments accurately
- Performing stock checks, managing inventory, and keeping things audit-ready
- Inspecting returned parts and flagging any damage or defects
- Supporting teammates with quotes, orders, and technical info
- Lending a hand in the store - from receiving and sorting stock to prepping orders
- Keeping the workspace clean, tidy, and welcoming
- Training and mentoring Trainee Parts Interpreters
- Participating in training sessions to stay sharp
- Pitching in wherever needed - we’re a team, after all
