**About the Role**:
Our client is one of the biggest and most sought after Property companies in Australia.

We're on the lookout for a Facilities Manager to oversee a portfolio of Industrial Assets. This role offers the opportunity to join a supportive team, providing flexibility and autonomy to shape your space.

**Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently manage both hard and soft service functions of the assets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and communication to a wide array of stakeholders, including customers, contractors, consultants, property visitors, and the general public.
- Effectively manage CAPEX/OPEX budgets.
- Conduct property inspections, including daily checks, weekly exception reports, and structured quarterly inspection reports.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years' experience in facilities management, focusing on Commercial, Industrial, or Retail assets.
- Solid understanding of building maintenance and operations.
- Excellent communication skills, coupled with strong customer service abilities.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
