**The Opportunity**

Alma Mater College Australia (AMCA) is a rapidly growing Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and CRICOS provider in the heart of Melbourne CBD with two campuses (CBD and Docklands) offering Vocational Education and Training (VET) to international students.

We are currently looking for a passionate and experienced **Aged care / Community Services**trainer and assessor to join our academic team who can work in-person at our city campus.

**We are seeking the following**:
High level of attention to detail

Ability to work independently

Excellent computer literacy

Confident and engaging presentation skills

Sound knowledge and experience in Aged care / Community Services sector

Experience working with students from multicultural backgrounds

Passion to train and motivate others

**Key Selection Criteria**:
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment

At least one of current Diploma (Aged care / Community Services)

Industry Experience in the Aged care / Community Services Sector

Demonstrate vocational currency within the industry field

Data entry for computer proficiency and Student Management Systems (SMS) & LMS

Proven experience in the education field or with an RTO or working knowledge of VET principles and programs is highly desirable

**Positions available**:
Full-time, part-time and casual positions are available.

Compensation: Salary and rates are in accordance with current industry standards and the applicant's experience.
