LK Hospitality is a growing Hospitality Group lead by industry titans and based in South Yarra’s iconic Capitol Grand. The team are behind the venues Omnia Bistro & Bar, Yugen Dining, Yugen Tea Bar and Bromley Events. With two hats recently awarded to both Omnia and Yugen, LK Hospitality is just getting started

The group’s Culinary Director and Best Chef of the Year nominee, is on the hunt for a dynamic Personal Assistant to join his team.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
The incumbent of this role will be based at the Group’s office in South Yarra full time and around Capitol Grand as required by the Director with flexibility available for the right person. Key responsibilities:

- End to end calendar and diary management - scheduling meetings and organising the Director’s upcoming day, week, month.
- Manage all incoming enquiries, filling off tasks and actions by priority and due date.
- Data entry using excel.
- Ad hoc administrative duties as required by the Director.
- Liaise with stakeholders (both internal and external) where required.
- Manage multiple social media platforms from filing messages to curating content.

**ABOUT YOU**
You are a passionate Personal Assistant ready to take the next step in your career. You consider yourself as very driven, you thrive when busy and take pride in your organisational skills. In addition you have:

- Experience working as a Personal Assistant
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry (not essential but preferable).
- Exceptional attention to details.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Confidence in working autonomously but know how to ask questions and work in a team.
- Growth mindset, you take feedback onboard always looking to improve.
