Melbourne Education Institute (MEI) is a quality and rapidly growing RTO located in the CBD, we are seeking trainers & assessor who will be responsible for the face-to-face training and assessments of CPC30220 Certificate III in Carpentry

Role of trainer:
Key duties include:

- Carpentry trade qualified
- As a Trainer and Assessor, you will be responsible for the face-to-face training and assessments of CPC30220 Certificate III in Carpentry
- Provide academic support, mentoring and motivation, assisting a range of students from various backgrounds
- Maintain all student academic and attendance records accurately
- Participate in professional development
- Assist setting up of practical training resources

Position requirements
- Unrestricted right to work in Australia
- Available for evening class (around 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm)
- Australian-recognised qualification in Civil Construction Design at a minimum of Advanced Diploma or verifiable professional experience to this level or above
- Current Civil Construction Design industry skills and knowledge directly relevant to the training and assessment being provided,
- High level of spoken and written English.

**Job Types**: Subcontract, Casual

Pay: $35.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
