Container Exchange Services (CES) is a joint venture between Coca-Cola Europacific Partners and Lion that was established to provide scalable and sustainable solutions for Container Deposit Schemes (CDS) in Australia and around the World. We power one of Australia’s largest recycling programs: Containers for Change.

As an organization, we are in our fourth successful year of operation, having grown rapidly in revenue and people. The business is undergoing massive growth through our existing recycling schemes and expanding into new states.

**Description**:
**About the role**:
The next AR Officer will be responsible for supporting the Finance Manager in the delivery of all Accounts Receivable and banking related tasks (including bank reconciliations), ensuring the monthly service fee is accurately calculated as well as being the custodian of all internal controls, policies and process documentation related to Accounts receivables and banking.

**The key deliverables of the role**:

- End to End Invoicing Processing and Receipting Services on a timely manner as set by the service agreement.
- Daily Receipting and investigation for any unallocated receipts
- Daily Banking journals and Bank reconciliations
- Daily confirmation of payments and receivables have been accounted for in the system.
- Ad-hoc / manual AR invoices are processed accurately and in a timely fashion as requested.
- Responsible for the calculation/processing of all credit and debit adjustments, refund requests and write offs.
- Reconciliations of transactions and adjustments of POS data to Claim data
- AR Month end tasks - Including but not limited to balance sheet reconciliations related to AR and Banking
- Finance Query Inbox management
- Abiding by AR SLAs for all schemes
- Documenting, vetting and if required, changing processes to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the account receivable function.
- Internal Controls, Fraud Control Policies & Compliance

**Skills and Experiences**:
**About you**:
At least 5 years of a similar AR accounts all-rounder position preferably within a small - medium organization

A proven track record in Accounts Receivable

Intermediate - advanced excel skills will be invaluable as data volume is high.

Experience with Oracle Financials experience and BI tools - an advantage

Experience with new system roll outs and implementations would be ideal.

Clear and concise oral and written communication

Open and direct collaborative working style.

Results driven, proactive, self-motivated and has the drive to take responsibility for deliverables.

Experience independently managing projects and initiatives, including ability to work from home.

Excellent at problem solving and has a strong attention to detail.
