**How will I help?**

As our new Service Delivery Planner, you will be responsible for leading the service delivery team at our cost centre with scheduling shifts and providing analysis for the business to meet grade of service based on forecast demand.
- Major accountabilities include: _
- Ensuring shifts provided are aligned to efficiently meet customer’s demand
- Monitoring historical performance trends to implement and execute tactical solutions that contribute to quality control of team analysis
- Managing and supporting new team members with the onboarding process, and providing shift recommendations aligned to overall business need
- Providing technical support and recommendation for Verint (software) tool changes, and conducting impact assessments for change implementation
- Producing performance trends analytics, and providing commentary and insights for future forecasting

**What do I need?**
- At least 2 years’ experience in workforce management, with extensive understanding of workforce management methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Strong leadership experience with a proven track record of leading and motivating teams within different states (Tasmania, Adelaide, Sydney)
- Experience with reporting and analytics, and possess excellent problem-solving skills
- Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills
