Disability Program Planner

The full time role is based in our head office in Parramatta (2 mins from the train station) and is responsible for delivering top tier customer support to our Customers.

**The Role**

Reporting to the Rostering Team Lead; the Rostering Planner key tasks are:

- Rostering support workers to attend services and relevant training
- Clearly communicate relevant service information to Customers and Support Workers
- Develop long term scheduling solutions for customers
- Readily escalate any matters requiring management attention
- Contribute actively to address any servicing matters raised by the customers or support workers

**We are seeking a motivated individual with**:

- Experience in rostering / scheduling
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Computer skills - role requires use of a specialised rostering system -training and support will be provided
- Ability to multi-task and work calmly and efficiently in an environment that can get busy at times
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously while contributing to a positive team culture
- A genuine desire to contribute positively to the lives of our Customers and build a long-term career in the health and community industry
- NDIS Workers Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Management skills to support our Program Assistants
- Any previous experience or exposure to the Disability support or Aged Care sector and / or relevant qualifications is essential.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 per year

- Parramatta, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Rostering/ Coordination: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Check (preferred)
