**Underwriter - One Underwriting**

One Underwriting is a leading underwriting agency, providing insurance and risk management solutions and markets to our network of licenced general insurance brokers.

This is a hybrid role where you can work from home and the office.

**What the day will look like**
- Processing of new business, renewals, and endorsements
- Debtor management
- Manage the renewal declaration process
- Maintain renewal and strike rate registers
- Create reports as required by the team
- Manage claims history and renewal process
- Providing training, coaching and mentorship to junior members of the team
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, brokers and colleagues

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
- Previous experience an underwriting or broking role
- High level of computer literacy
- Excel, Word, PowerPoint,
- Well-developed communication skills - oral and written
- Ability to work to strict deadlines with mínimal supervision, or in a remote environment
