**Your Role**

As an Optical Assistant at St Kilda Eyecare, you will be the vital connection between our customers and our products. You’ll be at the forefront of fashion trends, learning how to expertly guide and assist patients through their eyewear journey. Your goal will be to help them maintain their most precious sense - their sight - while ensuring they feel comfortable and look fabulous.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide excellent customer service and foster strong relationships with patients.
- Assist with eyewear selection, offering expert advice on styles and trends.
- Support optometrists in patient care and optical dispensing.
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Participate in merchandising, ensuring the store is visually appealing.
- Commit to long-term growth within the team.

**What We're Looking For**
- Experience in an optical setting.
- Ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail.
- Passion for fashion and a keen understanding of trends.
- Outgoing and friendly personality.
- Quick learner with a proactive approach.
- Monday 9:30am-5:30pm, and Saturday 9am-2pm with possible additional hours in the future
