**About the Role**:
Join our dynamic team at Specsavers St Ives in dispensing our community for their eyecare needs. Key responsibilities of this role will include:

- Assisting Store Directors in coaching the retail team and ensuring professional customer service is provided at all times.
- Utalising your previous optical knowledge and service skills to create direction and flow for our customers and team.
- Assist team with opening and closing the store for trade days.
- Contributing to store presentation, stock management and ordering.
- Able to meet and exceed KPI targets
- Develop your own skills and consider the Specsavers Career Pathway for the future.

- A self-starter with the proven ability to lead by example in achieving store objectives
- Willingness to coach and develop team members in delivering exceptional service
- Proven ability to work under pressure in a high volume environment

**How to apply**:
**Salary**: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

- St Ives, NSW 2075: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Optical Dispensing: 2 years (required)
