As we continue to grow, we’re on the lookout for a hands-on Installation Manager who thrives on teamwork, takes pride in quality workmanship, and enjoys seeing projects through from concept to completion

**What You’ll Do**
As a key player in our operations team, you’ll take ownership of project delivery from start to finish:

- **Manage the full installation lifecycle** - from check measures and scheduling to job preparation and client handover
- **Lead and support a team of installers** to deliver high-quality finishes
- Maintain an **organised, safe, and clean worksite** in line with Soltex standards
- **Liaise with clients**, ensuring clear communication and top-tier customer service throughout the process

**What You’ll Bring**
We’re looking for a motivated professional who combines trade skills with natural leadership and a passion for problem-solving.

**Required**:

- Valid **manual driver’s license**:

- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights and lifting heavy materials - **Must be hands-on and comfortable working on-site as part of the team**:

- Great communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Proven experience leading teams of tradesmen onsite delivering excellent results
- Previous experience in trade, construction, installation, or similar hands-on roles
- Strong experience in site measuring, ordering, fabrication, and product installation

**Highly Desirable**:

- Extensive knowledge and experience with similar products and manufactures within our product range
- Background in warehousing, logistics, or project coordination
- Team leadership or mentoring experience
