**THE OPPORTUNITY**

We are searching for our newest **Resourcing & Experience Business Partner**to join Downers rapidly growing Energy & Utilities business. Forming part of the People & Culture team, you will play a crucial role in managing the transactional aspects of workforce planning, mobilisation, compliance and engagement.

**ABOUT YOU**
- We are interested in hearing from those that hold the below: _
- A background in workforce planning or administration within a fast paced, target driven, shutdown or project environment.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, spanning from Executives to Trade Staff.
- The ability to work autonomously with a solution focused mindset whilst also seeking guidance from colleagues and management when required.
- Highly organised, detail oriented and proactive in identifying and resolving issues.
- The desire to work within a team environment. Our team support each other during periods of peak activity and scheduled leave.
