We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated **Automotive Service Advisor** to become a part of our vibrant Service Department at **Maddington Toyota**

To be considered, you will excel at establishing strong ongoing long-term relationships thereby creating outstanding customer confidence and continuously maximising guest satisfaction. You will also act as passionate, brand ambassador consistently promoting the highest standards of courtesy and integrity when interacting with our Service Customers.

**The Role**:

- Greet customers warmly, listen attentively to their concerns, and provide professional recommendations for vehicle repairs and maintenance.
- Build long-lasting relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our dealership.
- Schedule service appointments and ensure efficient allocation of resources to meet customer demands.
- Coordinate with the service technicians to provide accurate estimates and timelines for repairs.
- Communicate with customers throughout the service process, keeping them informed of progress and any necessary updates.
- Identify opportunities to promote additional services and accessories that enhance customers' vehicle ownership experience.
- Provide knowledgeable advice and recommendations on service packages, extended warranties, and vehicle upgrades, with the goal of increasing sales and revenue.
- Ensure all necessary documentation, including work orders and invoices, is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
