New Town Toyota is growing and we’re looking for people to grow with us.

An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Service Advisor to join our team. Opportunity to advance in the short term for the right candidate.

This is a full-time permanent role with an attractive salary package; base, commissions, and access to a company vehicle and fuel card.

Opportunity to earn up to $140,000 per annum depending on level of experience, performance and commissions.

Job Description

How you will make an impact:

- Engagingwith customers and building a positive rapport
- Handlingcustomer matters relatingto service bookings and enquiries
- Checking in vehicles for service and noting any customer concerns/issues
- Estimatingcosts associated with jobs and determiningcompletion time
- Proactive communication with the customer to keep them updated on the status of their vehicle
- Obtaining approval from the customer if their vehicle requires additionalwork

Desired Skills and Experience

What you/'ll bring:

- Previous service advisingexperience
- Ability to build rapport with a diverse client base
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Tune DMS desirable however not essential
