**Job Summary**:
Reporting to the Digital Commerce Leader, the role of Omni Shopper Marketing lead will be pivotal in leading the deep engagement, collaboration and execution of our Brand Growth plans within retailer ecosystems.
This person will champion a growth mindset, underpinned by people, data, insights, learning and collaboration.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Lead the customer facing Omni-channel strategy. Display passion about the people journey and how a seamless omnichannel brand experience can help drive commercial success.
- Drive eCommerce strategy and leadership with a key retailer group - turning online and digital into a competitive advantage. Collaborate with digital experts for perfect 6P+A execution.
- Responsible for developing internal & external campaign briefs for Brand, Digital Hub SME's, Agencies and Retailer Digital teams to ensure we have all elements required to deliver successful Omni-channel campaigns.
- Build and implement Omni-channel experience calendar - bringing to life Brand Big-Bets as well as retailer specific initiatives
- Work cross-functionally to project manage campaigns; understanding and influencing along People Journeys in a full funnel ACPL manner
- Be an authority and voice of the Customer teams in the Digital Hub & Marketing
- Set and evolve budget and critical metrics. Provide comprehensive post analysis & recommendations from all executions including monthly executional snapshots measuring and key campaigns
- Build an insights' library as the retailer media landscape changes. Utilise data and turn data insights into action. Demonstrating key insights and using them to unlock opportunities in key retailers.
- Be an Innovator, leader and encourage the team in new ways of influencing consumers, customers and collaborators. Maintain a daring attitude in order to test, learn and pivot, demonstrating global standard methodologies or other industry inspiration.
**Required Qualifications (Education, Knowledge required, Language skills)**
- 3+ years of experience in Brand Management, with a track-record of successfully growing brands.
- Strong experience in media; planning, briefing, analysing and reviewing. Ability to deliver and optimise for most effective results.
- Highly collaborative skills that will enable the building of strong relationships, with both internal and external collaborators.
- Demonstrate innovative and entrepreneurial thinking, a growth mindset and the ability to connect the dots with a high degree of curiosity.
- Strong understanding of data and analytics, and love telling stories based on these insights.
- Working in a fast paced environment drives you and managing ambiguity is normal.
- Possess a passion for digital, eCommerce, digital shopper experiences and building brands in a constantly evolving environment.
**Preferred Requirements**:
- Prior FMCG industry experience - retailer and manufacturer
- Experience working with retailer media
- Commercial experience
- Experience working in consumer product goods
- Google Suite proficiency (i.e, Sheets, Slides, Docs)
