We are looking for a Customer Business Manager Woolworths, Beauty & Wellbeing and Personal Care who will be the key Customer role in the Woolworths customer team and the Beauty & Wellbeing & Personal Care Business Group. Externally facing, the role will manage Woolworths, a pivotal B&W and PC customer through developing strong working relationships with senior contacts at Woolworths, as well as leading the Woolworths B&W and PC team below them internally at Unilever.

The B&W and PC Customer Business Manager is responsible for delivery of the Woolworths P&L for Unilever Personal Care and Beauty & Wellbeing, including turnover, profitability, trade spend and market share delivery, whilst building, negotiating and executing the commercial joint business plan with the Customer.

The role has 2x direct reports managing Personal Care (Deodorants & Skin Cleansing) and Beauty & Wellbeing (Hair & Skin Care).

Role Responsibilities:
- Delivery of Turnover, Customer Profitability and TTS budgets for Personal Care and Beauty & Wellbeing for Woolworths- Develop strong relationships with both internal (e.g. CSP Manager, Shopper Insights Managers, Marketing) & external customers (e.g. Category Managers, Trading Managers, Category Directors, Buyers, Supply contacts, Marketing contacts)- Leadership, development and coaching of 2 x WL1 Customer Account Managers- Play a leadership role in driving positive team culture and ways of working- Developing and owning in-store activation events in Woolworths- Developing, landing & ultimately delivering Joint Business Plans in Woolworths- Developing (with CSP team), executing and delivering promotional plan with Woolworths- Day to day administration and evaluation of product portfolio e.g. Promotional Evaluation, inputs to S&OP etc.- Discuss, agree and land Gap Filling initiatives (where appropriate)- Lead range and merchandising reviews, working in collaboration with the CSP team for BPC- Work with Customer Director to develop and deliver Local Customer Strategy Plan for Woolworths- Deliver key Category initiatives at Customer e.g. Price Increases, Brand Activation, NPD etc.- Own the short-term volume and spend forecast aligned to S&OP process for BPC categories- Work with Customer Service Team to ensure customer service issues are resolved efficiently

Does this sound like You- 5+ Years in FMCG Account Management.- Experience on either Coles or Woolworths in a CM capacity- Three to four roles in Customer Marketing/Trade Category Management and Account Management / Field Sales- Proven track record in relationship building, advanced negotiation skills, bias for action, good attention to detail, proficient line management experience,- Advanced Ability to “mine” market data including Nielsen, Homescan, Advanced Presenter
